Christopher J. (Chris) Posey is a seasoned real estate valuation professional based in the Midwest, licensed in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. A Chicago native and graduate of Hirsch Metro High School, Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
After a successful 21-year career in banking—culminating as a Vice President—Chris transitioned full-time into real estate valuation in 2021, a field he entered in 2005. Since then, he has grown his practice, expanded his client base beyond traditional lender work, and become an active leader in the valuation industry. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris is a former marathoner, fitness enthusiast, and known sneakerhead. He recently took up golf as a way to expand business opportunities. He is the proud father of two—Devani, a University of Missouri graduate, and Ryan, an incoming freshman at the University of Illinois.
