The Youth Leadership Institute (AKA YLI) is a youth-led and highly interactive leadership development program designed to empower and engage youth, ages 11-13. Our first session for the 2025-2026 school year was held on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
The students spent the afternoon learning about the program and upcoming events. They played interactive games, including Bingo, to introduce themselves, and set academic and personal goals to hold each other accountable.
