About the event
We are collecting essential items and comforting gifts for children served by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). This meaningful community service initiative requires the support of donors who are willing to support the most vulnerable children.
For children experiencing uncertainty and transition, a stuffed animal, a new toy, or a personal toiletry kit can offer reassurance, dignity, and a sense of belonging. These are more than donated items; they are tangible reminders that someone cares.
We need your help to collect items by December 5!
Suggested donations include:
Stuffed animals, toys, and dolls
Toiletry sets and personal care essentials
