Approximately 43.8 million people experience a mental illness in any one year. Half of all mental disorders begin by age 14 and three-quarters by age 24. Focusing on mental health can increase productivity, enhance one's self-image, and improve relationships. Prioritizing mental health and wellness has never been more important.
