The Mental Fitness Discussion Recap

The Teen Mental Fitness Discussion was held Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Greater Walters A.M.E. Zion Church. The discussion focused on the awareness of depression, anxiety, and trauma.

It is important to establish a mental health fitness routine and have knowledge of the various resources available to support you along the way. Focus on exercise, cutting screen time, a balanced diet, spending time with friends and family and finding a support network to listen to your thoughts and concerns. Mental fitness is a lifelong journey.
